Specify a date range for the report. You may not view data for the
most recently completed month before the 8th of this month.

Please ensure that MS Excel is not open on your computer before running a report.

If you do not have MS Excel installed on your computer, we recommend that you store documents on OneDrive or Dropbox, where these programs can open Excel files in your browser. Another option is to install the XLS viewer extension on Google Chrome, which can be found at this link here.
