Q: I don’t remember
my username and/or password. What
should I do?
A: Your username is likely the name
of your Visitor Centre in small case and without any spaces. If you cannot find this information
contact:

Q: I have my
username and password, but I still cannot log on. What now?
A: Destination BC disables your Visitor Centre
from entering statistics when it is closed for the season. You may need to remind us to "activate" your profile when you re-open. Please contact the Visitor Services team at the above contact information.
Q: How can I share
our statistics with members of the public?
A: Anyone with internet access can
visit the home page @ https://www.networkstats.tourismbc.com and click the ‘View Visitor Centre
Statistics?button. From there,
anyone can run reports to view our key data.

Q: How do I view statistics for the current
month?
A: Step 1: After signing into the
system, select the “Run a Report?tab.
Step 2:
Select the area.
Step 3:
Select a ‘Report Type?of ‘Daily?from the drop down menu.
Step 4:
Select a date range for the month and press
“Submit?
Note: Only your Visitor Centre may view your
statistics before the 8th of the following
month.
Q: How do I see the # of parties for each
day of a month?
A: Step 1: After signing into the
system, select the “Run a Report?tab.
Step 2:
Select the area.
Step 3:
Select a ‘Report Type?of ‘Daily?from the drop down menu.
Step 4:
Select a date range for the month and press
“Submit?
Note: All reports can be saved as an Excel
worksheet, so you may do your own customization of a report using output from
the system.
Q: How do I compare statistics over a date
range from year to year?
A: Step 1: After signing into the
system, select the “Run a Report?tab.
Step 2:
Select the area.
Step 3:
Select a ‘Report Type?of ‘Year over Year?from the drop down
menu.
Step 4:
Select the years you would like to compare and press
“Submit?
Note: Comparisons created in the ‘Year over
Year?reporting style are only available in complete months. To view specific days of different
years, you must run a ‘Daily?report for each annual date range you are
interested in (Step 3).
All
reports can be saved as an Excel worksheet, so you may do your own customization
and calculations of a report using output from the system.
